The approach to public involvement is multi-faceted. A dedicated project website (www.eko.airportstudy.net) will be the primary portal for public dissemination of all study documents.

The scope of work includes several coordination meetings to be conducted in-person. If in-person meetings are not feasible, then the meetings will be conducted vis virtual method. The coordination meetings are intended to gather input from airport stakeholders and FAA during the analysis phase of the study.

Two public information workshops have also been scoped during the Focused Planning Study. The workshops will be conducted in an open-house format where the public can visit with the project team and ask any questions they may have related to the project. The workshops are typically scheduled in the early evening to allow those heading home from work to stop by or to allow others to come after the dinner hour. The date and time of the workshops will be advertised locally and posted on this project website.

Any interested citizen is encouraged to provide comments and suggestions to the project team.
